Capable to manufacture around 100 Press / Annum with different capacity and different applications. We are planning to expand our capacity to manufacture 150 - 200 machines per annum before 2020.

Fabrication Shop :

A modernized fabrication shop is capable of fabricating larger frames, Segmentsupto. Tons with the production capacity upto / annum .It is equipped with CNC Profile Cutting Machine, Stress relieving furnace, shot blasting arrangements,Migwelding equipment, submerged arc welding equipment with Ultrasonic & Liquid Penetrant Test

Machine Shop:

Machine shop is adequately equipped with different machineries like Floor Boring Machine, CNC, VMC, Conventional High Accuracy machines, Surface Machining, Variety of Lathes, Grinding machine etc. This machinery is capable of machining all the components in house, required for the complete range of press.

Machine shop is adequately equipped with different machineries like

  "SKODA" make Floor Boring Machine

  "YCM" make Double Column VMC - 4 x 2 mtrs

  CNC, VMC, Conventional High Accuracy machines

  Surface Machining

  Variety of Lathes and Grinding machine etc.

This machinery is capable of machining all the components in house, required for the complete range of press.

Assembly & Testing :

At BARANI,we have various sub assembly areas- Well equipped facilities for Cylinder Assembly, Power Pack Assembly, Electrical Panel Assembly, Overhead Handling Facility.

Press Assembly Area is capable to assemble 32 press at a Stretch with different capacity for various application having Cylinder Pit Level Press Assembly, Machine Pit Level Assembly, Heavy press assembly, Light press assembly along with their respective testing facilities.
